Blue

When it comes to clothing, I'm a blue & white person.

Except for the occasional LBD, I wear this. A comfortable shirt and jeans. Most of my jeans are not so comfy anymore, thanks to all the BBQs this summer.

Achy Breaky Heart

The title has nothing to do with the photos.

It's just that on a laundry crisis day I found this shirt from my closet and wearing it makes my head play Achy Breaky Heart.

Kinda like this look though. Just could've chosen a cooler day to wear a thick shirt like this.

Bouquet

Heavy rain knocked over some of the higher flowers in the garden.

Now they're a lovely bouquet on top of granny's old cabinet.

I'm spending this rainy Sunday afternoon indoors after visiting some flea markets in the morning.

My husband and the little fellow are on boys' vacation for four days. So I can stay curled up in the sofa corner and have a coffee. My fifth. Because for ONCE I get to finish them while they're still hot.

Comfy in maxi

At home I'm a sweatpants or jeans & loose t-shirts kinda girl. What a great find for me this blue & white maxidress that's just as comfortable as sweatpants but a lot more feminine.

This time though I didn't need to be running around all the time (hence normally the sweatpants) as the kid was mesmerized with bubbles.

It's a miracle that he stays put for more than two minutes. And it's a miracle that I'm wearing a dress.

Lovely sunny day

Chrysanthemums are in full bloom.

 Little fellow is enjoying summer to the fullest. Warm weather and casual eating outs in the garden.

I've only recently grown to like gardening. Lavender and ivy are latest additions to the flower bed.

Best thing to wear for gardening are stretchy jeans.
